From the time that we agreed to proceed with the replacement of our boiler, which was over fifteen years old, to completion was a matter of two to three days, which in my experience with other companies was nothing short of amazing.

The advice, freely given when making the decision as to what type of heating unit to choose, was very clear and precise, with all the repercussions of alternatives being fully explained before committing.

The engineers arrived punctually and worked around us, without making a mess and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and explained the boiler functions and controls clearly before leaving.

We have employed David Lowe for all of our heating and plumbing work for the last eleven years ever since we extended our bungalow which necessitated extensive plumbing work. We were strongly advised by our builder to use David and this went a long way towards ensuring that the alterations went very smoothly. We have since had no incidence of recalls for remedial work.
